MD ID 7915 - Individualized Learning and Professional Development
Description
In this course, students will take charge of their education through self-reflection and goal setting. Learning community coaches collaborate with each student, guiding them to identify their strengths, areas for growth, and individual learning preferences. The Individualized Learning Plans (ILP) serve as roadmaps, enabling each student to achieve competency in program objectives through a personalized approach to growth and development. This course is required for all students in all 4 years of the MD program.
