Description
This course is designed to allow medical students the flexibility to select experiential activities from a broad menu of options such as research, physician shadowing, career exploration, reflection, professional identity formation, and self-directed study. Activities will be guided by an assigned faculty coach/mentor and credit is assigned at the end of the year based on the completion of faculty coach/mentor check-ins.
