PED 7300 - Continuity Clinic - Medicine - Pediatrics
Description
The Continuity Clinic course is an optional elective course for students in the Primary Care Track. The primary goal is to prepare the students for their upcoming ambulatory continuity clinic experience during their residency. Students will participate in a yearlong longitudinal experience in an ambulatory setting. Each student will work with a preceptor in the same setting over the course of about 20 half-day clinic sessions. Total time in clinic will be approximately 80 hours total for the year, which equates to 2 credits. This course fulfills both ambulatory and clinical credit requirements.
