OPHTH 7620 - Virtual Ophthalmology Online Workshop
Description
Brief Description of Course:

The Virtual Ophthalmology Online Workshop is designed to provide students an opportunity for peer-to-peer teaching of basic ophthalmology clinical material in a supervised and mentored online format using zoom. We will host daily zoom conferences where students will prepare and teach specific, assigned content to each other. The students will participate in writing high-quality multiple choice test questions for each other, deliver case presentations, make and share powerpoint presentations and discuss important ophthalmology topics. We not only plan on providing feedback and direction on the ophthalmology course content, but also will incorporate training and feedback on writing excellent questions, perfecting presentation skills and how to give feedback.
