Course: MD ID 7235 - Doctoring and Intersessions 3a

Description: All students of the new MD program will participate in monthlyAcademicHalf-Days and a Fall and
Spring Intersession during Phase 3a. Content will focus on knowledge, skills and attitudes required of
all physicians, including professional identify formation, preparation for residency applications and core
pillar content. AcademicHalf-Days will be held one afternoon each month. The Fall and Spring
Intersessions will be held during a 5-day interval between block rotations. Learning methods will
include house and learning community activities, large and small group sessions, simulations and
selective experiences. Of note, some monthly academic half-days may be conducted remotely.
