Course: MD ID 7253 - Genomic Analysis I

Description: Provides comprehensive instruction on the analysis of genomic data. An overview of basic statistics, study design, genomic technologies, and computational software will be provided in addition to current best practices in the analysis of genomic data. Genomic Analysis I will focus on analysis and detection of variants and mutations from next generation sequencing data (whole genome sequencing, whole exome sequencing, and targeted panel sequencing) as well as the analysis of genomic copy number data.
