Description: This course is a year-long course that spans Fall and Spring terms. In this phase of the Pathway, students will maintain a reflective journal throughout their third year of medical school using media of choice (e.g., personal writing, Twitter), with at least 2 entries per month in year 3. These tweets/journal entries will describe Population Health topics seen in cases and clinical encounters during clinical rotations or other related work.
