Course: OPHTH 7600 - Preceptorship in Ophthalmology: Clinical

Description: This 4-week elective is designed for students seriously considering a career in ophthalmology. Students will be scheduled with 1 or more sub-specialty physicians in 2 week blocks. Course Assignments include: A 10-12 minute Grand Rounds Presentation, 1 image case write-up for Moran CORE (peer-reviewed publication for CV), Wet Lab participation, & weekly team meetings. Students can attend resident lectures, Grand Rounds, and/or take buddy-call with one of our residents. Travel to satellite clinics may include: Murray, Park City, South Jordan, Primary Children's, &/or the VA.
